How Do You "Cut Loose"

I guess people who post here are all concerned with their health and/or bodies. I know few people NEVER cut loose and eat/drink something that isn't very good for them...so what's your weakness?

I'll start...

Red wine, an occational beer, an occational cheeseburger and fries (never fast food though), pizza, and a bagel each morning on the weekend.

Chocolate fudge cake, and belgian waffle at this restaurant I like.

I constantly eat below maintenance calories so it's not an issue for me
not craving anything, all the food tastes like paper

Erm...kinda eat what I want all the time aside from far extremes like eating two pizzas or an entire birthday cake.

Then again, I never really feel the inclination to do that anyway.

My weakness is malt balls/ malted milkshakes... I can't not have them if they're in my vicinity

Not all at the same time, but

cheesecake
beer
bourbon
bacon
milkshakes
and anything else that catches my fancy.

Though, once in a while we'll have dinner with another couple: he's a bourbon fiend AND the wife makes an excellent cheesecake. Two birds, one fat stone.

I watch what I eat 6 days a week. My "cheat" day usually consists of Indian food with Naan and a mountain of rice for lunch.

I am very, very slowly coming to care about what I eat. However, I really don't hesitate to eat Wendy's or McDonald's when I'm away from home and hungry. I happily eat pancakes, ice cream fairly frequently, large slices of cake, chicken wings, and large quantities of alcohol. I think in fact the main reason I am cutting back, if I am at all, is because so many items in the supermarket are low-fat these days.

Same here. Am in a constant state of cutting loose.

Binge drinking 2 times a week. Followed by a giant burger from the 24-hour diner below my place.

I usually like to have a drink at the end of the night. It's been scotch recently, but I switch that up with beer on occasion. After moving to a new area, my girlfriend and I have been prone to walk to the Crumb bakery. They make the single best cupcake EVER. We're going to cut back, however. Only one walk for dessert per week, unless we're entertaining company. Otherwise, I tend to eat pretty healthy. I'm lucky that my girlfriend cooks. We might eat out once a week, but even then it's not terrible. When I really cut loose, I like to grab a good burger and fries washed down with a few beers.

You're 16. At this point it's less about cutting loose and more about being in a constant state of needing to eat.

Get your vitamins and grow big and strong. I didn't eat much in high school (my family always said it was abnormal how little I ate). I swear if I'd eaten more I would have been an inch taller.

Pretty much.. Plus I like all kinds of foods so that helps.

I am even more relaxed on the weekends too - burgers, sushi, beer, fries, etc...
