Tucked in if long, out if cut high. Polos with different collars have to be tucked in IMO.

Side discussion, what trouser cut for polos?

All cotton polos make you look the same: like a college frat boy on a beer budget.
I only wear polos made of silk/cotton blends because they drape better than 100% cotton.

Chinoguy, a lot of of the official wisdom/groupthink on the board is oriented towards wearing a suit and tie every day. Then I guess the next formal answer would be an OCBD with the sleeves rolled up, I think. But if that isn't your attitude then there's nothing wrong with a polo shirt (without a big logo on the chest!).
