I often don't recognize the same person five minutes after I meet them, so I do find myself trying to remember them by their clothes. After meeting a person about five or six times on different days, I can almost always greet them by name.
Supposedly, prosopagnosias have a tendency to choose unusual/extreme appearances for themselves. I'll theorize that it comes from a desire for people to physically differentiate themselves from each other to a greater degree. I wouldn't be surprised if a few people on a board like this had the condition.
Unless you're not giving us full details, I'd say you're normal. I don't remember names of people I've played ultimate frisbee with for over a year. Why? Because I don't care to pay attention.

So you're saying that humans are unique?

In real life whenever someone says they have depression, anxiety, etc., I have to ask them if it's been professionally diagnosed. Online, I dismiss it out of hand.
