Wow... you do have no life, and you do not know how to properly study. I assume you are in undergrad? Only then would class discussions and a professor's input be so totally irrelevant to make this seem like a good idea.
^It's a great idea, assuming he will also make class notes, and then go back to his reading notes and integrate the two of them into one document that will essentially be a bible on the course material. I do it all the time. Then you study the hell out of it before the exam. Actually if you changed the thread title to 10 hours and 3 weeks it would resemble the last few exam periods.
