I do lifting/cardio 3x a week, pure lifting 1x a week, then muay thai 2x a week and sometimes circuit training 1x a week.

I run probably 4-6 times per week and do some strength training about 4 times a week. Coming back from shoulder surgery I am pretty limited as to what I can do. In the winter I cut back and instead go snowboarding or surfing, with probably only 3 days of cardio and strength training per week.

Been lifting 3X a week every other day and its working great, every other day when I'm not at the gym I do cardio, and sunday is my rest day.
Im thinking about trying to squeeze in an extra lift day, like go monday, tuesday, cardio wednesday, then lift thursday, friday, and cardio saturday, then rest sunday. I'll have to see how to do this for the upcoming call semester, I'll be so busy with school, my job, and research but I'll make health a priority

I usually lift 4x a week, but then, I love lifting and don't have to force myself to do it. It's the cardio that I detest.

I have football practice twice a week (high cardio), gym three times a week (weights and some cardio) then alot of core work mainly at home.

Cardio every day on the elliptical. Weights every other day. However, my weight workout would seem rather paltry to most of you studs (or to me back in my prime). However, I am closing in on my 68th b-day.

I recently started to do cardio 5 times a week. Primarily HiiT sessions, but i do distance running one or two of the days ( about 1.5 miles ) I'm all about cutting fat right now, but i do a full body compound lift session 3x a week. Trying to keep this up until i'm bulletproof--- I have a long ways to go..

Well I'm impressed. I've worked out exactly 0x so far this week because of food poisoning. That shit seriously took away all my energy for the past couple days.
