Been lifting 3X a week every other day and its working great, every other day when I'm not at the gym I do cardio, and sunday is my rest day.
Im thinking about trying to squeeze in an extra lift day, like go monday, tuesday, cardio wednesday, then lift thursday, friday, and cardio saturday, then rest sunday. I'll have to see how to do this for the upcoming call semester, I'll be so busy with school, my job, and research but I'll make health a priority
