There is a dark green BMW E46 330Ci in the garage at work, and frankly the blue and white BMW logo looks like crap on a car with that color.

When we first embarked on a corporate identity, we were unsure as to what to call our store. It made sense that seeing that I had been involve in the clothing trade in Boston for so many years that my past customers would recognise the name. Our designer created twelve different logos for us and at the presentation he saved the one we choose for last, believing that we would not like it. The d originally had two dots to look like a button but he decided that it would be better with just one and we concured.
Honestly, I'm very proud to have my own. A dream come true.

While I do like the d. logomark, I think typography if the logo is done really well. Much props to your designer, Gary.

RR and Mercedes still do it, as does the modern Maybach.

I figured this might be a relevant place to post some pictures of logos I've designed, all for school projects (real logos would be much simpler). They're of course no where near the designs earlier on, and are susceptible to ZOMG PUT MOR DETAIL IN FOR STUDENT PORTFOLIO LOLZKTHX
