Tom Ford Autumn 2009 - Page 4

Very impressive collection. The over-sized checks are very striking.

He lost me with that horrible red caban, but I'd wear everything up to that. Wonderfully rich, interesting looks.

I like the new look but to me it's not as striking as his spring/summer stuff. I guess it's due to my preferences for brighter colours. Nonetheless his colour and pattern combinations are always inspiring.

By the way when did Tom Ford start designing cuff links?

Too bold for daily business wear IMHO. But then if you dont need to work if you can afford to dress like this. Pocket flaps are too large in all his suit jackets as well.

I didn't see any solid suits in there -- does he make them?

Yes but they're a staple item so they don't get featured in the seasonal promo shots.

very bold flannel, do like his suit, but not his price. I would go for Attolini at that point if I don't have the time for bespoke (not that I know anything about bespoke other than it takes a lot of time...).

He seems to revive the Tab Collar shirts in the FW 2010 collection.
Really adore some of the looks, but the scottish patterned pant is the one i woould stay away from...
Seems difficult to match with clothes...

He really pushing his croc loaders. Anyone seen a closeup pic?

Awesome patterns, also loving the lapels.

Anyone know the model of the tortoiseshell glasses featured from look 11 to look 15?

OK these patterns are mega sick. The mixing of oversize checks, etc. and the colors are insane. Anybody know where/when TF ever goes on sale?
