Yeah, I know. Which is why I didn't even attempt it last night in order to ride in today. The last time this happened, it turned out I had busted the stem or something. I'll look at it tomorrow when I'm home.

I have had 2 stem failures in like 2 weeks...sucks because you can't patch them and I'm cheap.

It was a perfect morning for a 20 mile ride. First long ride in a while. Felt great and wasn't a slowpoke as I thought I would be.

I filled up the other day and set the Trip A to start right then and my fuel light just came on at 108 miles. It is stock other than Yost slip ons and bmc air filter and I do about 18 miles everyday or every other day, going on the San Gabriel River Trail and Coyote Creek near LA.

Few laps around Midway Airport today after running some errands and delivering a few items.

Felt good to get back on my track bike again.

35 miles, upstate NY. Really hot but still nice to get out.

36 miles @ 18 mph, or so...bad wind and hot as hell in the Midwest

15. Perfect weather for riding the past few days in seattle.

30 miles last sunday. Looking to get over the actual 30 mile mark this weekend.

today I did around 18 miles, elevation was probably 1500 ft., most challenging ride to date and enjoyed it.

about 21km this morning down the lakefront and then some 45/1:15 and 30/30 intervals at the northerly island. Will be about 10km home when I finish work. Not really sure what kind of intervals I should be doing...but those ones are easy to do on a clock.

I only rode 12 miles of trails on my new (to me) LTS), but I still sweat through my jersey and it dripped down, soaking my shorts to the mid-thigh. 94 with humidity is just shit. I can normally do much more than 12 miles, but not in that weather.
