Yes, exactly! My wife and I were really excited to come across that pattern. We also bought some Flor carpet tiles in matching colors to create a randomly patterned rug. Just finished up the room yesterday -- here are a few quick shots (colors are a bit washed out):

I think it's all pretty cool. Definitely works with the decor of the rest of your house. Did you paint the wall yourself?

i meant to tell you how great I think this looks. well done. such a relief from typical nurseries.

The colors (light blue/orange/brown) were chosen to tie in with some Dwell Studio bedding and accessories that were purchased for the nursery.

Thanks. Yes, I painted the stripes myself (the numbers on the other wall are decals). Lots of painters tape did the trick.

Thanks, I really dislike traditional nurseries -- generally too frilly. Believe it or not, this is our first Flor purchase, even though we've been talking about getting some tiles for years. Next will probably be a Flor rug for under the dining-room table.

I have absolutely loved the ducduc furniture ever since it came out (even more so than nurseryworks), but it is just too expensive for me. I can't justify spending more than a grand on a crib, when I think of the more permanent non-kids' furniture that I could buy for the same amount.

I think supergraphics are awesome. I pretty much love all things retro though.

Very cool. A lot of nurseries are so faggy... this one you won't even have to change much as he gets older.

Seriously, it's sweet.

my biz partner's in laws bought them the ducduc crib that converts to a toddler bed, making the purchase a bit less obscene maybe. it was well out of our range too. we have seriously thought about getting them to make a full-sized version for the guest room at some point though.

I had Marimekko Bo Boo wallpaper as a kid. I didn't know that until I was in a Marimekko store and thought "HOLY SHIT I KNOW THAT WALLPAPER." Not a supergraphic, but cool and transportaion themed.
