Nothing wrong with it, it's Jet's MO is all, and I was just surprised they were absent from his post.

I honestly don't think that even in the 70s I saw real people wearing these. It's not something I would think about adding to my sweater collection. Not saying it's bad, but I'd like to see some fit photos when you have a chance.

You're more of a man than I am. I tried out some ll bean thrift norwegian sweaters with metal buttons (I think bobo wears these once in awhile), but I just looked like a lady realtor.

^^ I love norwegian/icelandic sweaters, and have atleast 3 I wear alot. Love the pop of color/interest of the patterning, and the 70s scandinavian vibe. That woolrich one is more in iclandic style i´d say.

Tjek out http://www.farmersmarket.is/collection.htm I am often in Reykjavik for business meetings and I recently stumbled over those sweaters (made in a "neo-traditional Icelandic style"..) They fit is perfecto!

Interesting reactions. I guess this is just a style I've seen aound -- on Bobo, those pictures of rock climbers that robin posted a while back, various Japanese brands. In my mind (only in my mind?) it isn' t really farther "out there" than, say, fair isle. I'll probably wear it with some outdoors-y stuff. Maybe a down parka, straight leg jeans and quoddy grizzly mocs.

Personally I'd rather a lower quality authentic photo than a high-quality shopped stock one.

Sadly I've got nothing better to do at the moment.

The point of 'recent purchases' is to show people your purchases, not how authentic and personal your photography is.

But whatever, I don't really care. I'm still going to post stock photos. You can check out my photography skills in the WAYWN thread.
