Just picked up another pair of NS, it's only Sept. 2 and I thought I could make it through the whole month without a purchase.

Patrik Ervell is a great guy. We're hoping things work out.

I just received my Borrelli shoes from Gilt Groupe.

That is not normal, they should take care of it.

Just rub it out with some polish, dingleberry.

Polish won't rub that out, dingleberry.

it looks better with age and that little mark wont' be noticable after a while. it's silly to return it.

I really have no idea if polish will or won't rub it out, i just felt like trading insults with GoSurface. It doesn't bother me much, I was just curious if this is a normal blemish for shoes that are supposed to retail above $500. If polish can cover it up, then that would be better than trying to swap them for another pair.

Not normal. But might be a superficial mark that could be roughed out.

Shoes are going to get scuffed anyways as you wear them.

If you really can't "feel" the scratch then polishing should make it less noticable if it doesn't take it out completely.

Raf Simons Eastpak backpack. And I plan to buy this great Loden Dager suit they just showed tonight.

I dunno, their shit is normally kinda boxy. Have you tried on loden dager stuff before? I have a decent shirt, but whenever i find a decent tailor, it's going to get tapered a bit. I like that red jacket behind your suit though despite it being a bit short/boxy/laguy style.

The theme of this collection was "when Hollywood discovered color." I've only tried on their outerwear.
