Good source for fantasy football player projections?

Does anyone know of a site that offers projections presented in such a way that they are easily copy-and-pasteable into excel? I'm in a league with dumb scoring and I need to come up with my own rankings. Bonus points if the source seems to have an idea what it's talking about, projection-wise.

Main issue is that we have 1 pt per 20 yards for RB vs. 1 per 10 yards for WR, and 1 pt every 3 receptions for either. Defenses are also much more valuable than is normal.

I suppose I could just average the ranking for a PPR league and a standard league and it'd get me close, but I'd like to play around with some things.

Here is a light version of the espn list.

your leagues settings just make WRs VERY VERY valuable.

Most standard leagues are 20 yards = 1 point for RB or WR. The PPR is a bonus (my league just does .25/catch). Take WR/WR your first 2 rounds or ensure you get a great pass catching back.

I am thinking MJD with the #2 pick and then WR/WR at 27 and 30. Then QB and RB in rounds 4 and 5, depending on how things shake out. I'm trying to decide how many WR are likely to be taken by 27, because you're definitely getting to the point where you could miss out on the top 10., after which there start to be serious question marks IMO.

If it was full PPR I'd consider Fitz or Andre Johnson at 2.

ESPN was my first try but, unless I'm missing something, there's no easy way to get the data into excel. I'll give KFFL a look; forgot about them.
