GODFUCKDAMNSHITFUCK Forgot about the damn nips.. They are almost bleeding now. Ouch. But a good run fueled by just some coffee.. Setting personal bests.. It's good to be a n00b.

I don't get this. How are your nipples getting screwed up? People say they get the same problem from surfing. I don't see it.

Flambeur holds his hands WAY too close to his chest, and it's easier to apply a band-aid than to tell him to hold his arms naturally. I guess he's afraid of flashing someone?

Honest answer...some shirts are softer/ less abrasive than others, but even then...if you sweat and then run into a headwind you start smuggling raisins pretty hard, and if your shirt starts to bounce with your strides then you get a vicious sandpaper effect. Happens to me too.
