Does this bother you? I've seen some women that look beautiful when they're wearing their makeup. Not so much without... I feel like they aren't naturally attractive, thus making them ugly.

Attractive faces get boring fast anyway, so I don't really care. But yes, I've dated several girls who looked completely different without makeup. Didn't mind it THAT much.

I don't like a lot of makeup to begin with. If it makes sense, I like a woman wearing makeup to look like she isn't (except for lipstick) rather than she painted her face with a roller.

If she's ugly without it, well, she's ugly and insecure.

I love a girl who looks great without makeup. My wife does a pretty good job even being a "certain age" without it.

Depends on what I want. If I'm looking for Ms. Shagwell I don't mind too much restoration with make up, we all like to be seen from our best side, even if that means to assist it a bit (basically we use cloth to make our body look better to some degree, don't we?). If I'm looking for something serious I prefer natural beauty.

I find a girl who doesnt need makeup to be a huge bonus. I want to wake up next to the same thing I went to bed with. I also like to be spontaneous doing stuff, and dont want to have to wait for an hour to get ready...
