Bought two Under Armour Heatgear Compression shirts (I wear them under another shirt and prefer the fit to the C9 stuff from Target) there and the discount applied. Had to pay $6.99 shipping but worked out in the end at $17 shipped vs $50 + tax. Stacked with the discount they offered on the site already. Bought 2x shirts at $35 for 2 instead of $25 each and the best part is that Bing cashback discounted off the original price of $25 per shirt so I got $25 rather than $17.50. May apply to other items but I'm not sure if they will have similar promotional pricing for as my 2 for $X. Posting this in here because Eastbay sells athletic stuff and it might get missed in B&S. Hope that's okay with the mods.

OP: How did you stack it with Eatbay's discount? When I go to checkout it doesn't allow me to enter any promo code b/c I am using cashback.
I didn't.
The two for $X was for specific items. I bought some more stuff tonight and it seems to apply to certain t-shirts and jerseys.
