I'm actually surprised nobody commented on Bach's post.

I usually use an aftershave balm/lotion rather than the regular alcohol based after shave. Nivea usually works out pretty well. Little to no fragrance to interfere with cologne. When I was in high school though, Aqua Velva and Brut hahaha

LOL, I remember Brut - it was popular at the mostly-hispanic all-boy's prep school I attended for a time - I wore it back in the day, when it smelled better. I switched to public school and had to step my game up...to Polo. Things were simpler then.

You beat me to it.. I guess I'll have to show you my business card now..

I use a alcohol-free toner for washing my face, but a small amount of regular aftershave each morning.

A/S gives me acne... and it sure as hell doesn't soothe.

I've tried a myriad of stuff from Polo Black, Old Spice, Aqua Velva, a bunch of cheap crap.
