write the courts to tell them that you need to extend the court date because you will be out of the state. then when it's time to appear, get another continuance. Finally, try to get the court date for a monday or friday. The officer that gave you the ticket must appear on that given court date as well. By extending the court appearances, the officer may not be able to appear at the court on that day. If he doesn't appear, you win and will not have to pay any fine. (At least thats the way it works in traffic court)
