Stretching out a tight back

I've been moving all weekend, and now my back is tight as hell. Breathing hurts. What can I do to stretch out my back? Any specific exercises?

I used to get a sore back on occasion. I started doing these exercises everyday and my back now feels alot stronger...

Laying flat on the floor with maybe just a small hand towel folded up for head support helps, I do that for about 15-20 minutes. For lower back, I use the arm rest of the couch (length-wise). I put the arm rest into my lower back and lean backwards.

Get a can of Crisco, and go SLOW.

Nah, just do some windmills. That helps me the next day after doing dealifts and rows.

Get a foam roller, it has helped me a lot, especially after workouts.

This works the best, but you're probably not that flexible. I always get someone to push my knee to the ground for me. http://www.ehow.com/video_2357822_hi...k-stretch.html

Usually it's advised not to foam roll the lower back. Use a tennis ball or softball for that.
