Since joining SF a while ago, I've ramped up my clothing stock significantly. And it hit me today - most of my recent buys have been from SF itself or caused directly by SF's influence.

I think this board's collective knowledge, especially the epic WAYWRN thread, has really opened my eyes to what's possible, sartorially speaking. What direct effects has SF had on your purchasing habits and wardrobe, if any? I am interested to see if we really have a "group think" around here, or if the myriad styles and excellent dresser we see here help spur each member's creativity. My damage - 3 TaT Suits 1 locally-tailored DB Suit 1 Zegna from B&S 1 RLBL from B&S 1 Japanese Saturna suit from B&S 1 BBBF from eBay 7 Robert Talbot PS from B&S 5 Kent Wang PS 2 pair Allen Edmonds 10 knit ties 7 pair colorful socks

I believe it squirts, but you don't fill it at the mouth.

Beware the Chinese knockoffs: if you get one, insist on the German originals.

I got in on the "peal & co. chukkas" feeding frenzy last fall. That lead to three more pair of Peals, and one on the way.

Other than that, I have a couple of Coles shirts that I never would have known about if not for SF, and now I have pocket squares.
