Hi i'm looking for a nice white dress shirt. I was wondering what the sleeve length on Barba and Borrelli would be in a 15.5R? WHich ones longer. Also which one is better suited for a slim guy (5'11", 140lbs.). Also quality one which one is better and will last longer? Hand work doesn't matter much just looking for something nice for my interviews. A solid white shirt that i can wear almost everywhere.

Hi,

Having had literally 1,000s of these pass through my hands, it depends.

Whether you buy from me or from someone else pay attention to the chest measurment to figure out the trimness of the body. Also for sleeve length they tend to both run long, unless they were made for a particular American retailer. But, making sure the seller you choose to buy from seems to have a good grasp of measurements will help you out a lot.

From my experience I have only seen trim Barba shirts. But that does not mean someone else may have a full cut one out there. For Borrelli shirts I have seen both. By way of example if it is a trim cut I wear a 42 EU. If it is a full cut I wear a size 40 EU.

I wear both brands personally and if you care well for the shirt either one will give you years of enjoyment.

I hope this helps.

Actually the shirt is going to be bought from you sent you an email about them too. Not sure on sleeve lenth though as you have them listed but wasn't sure if its generic of if its accurate. The barba is from barneys, the borrelli not sure, but both are white.

Heres the two shirts i'm debating between. Ones a broadcloth and one looks like a box weave. Which ones more formal/better for interviews/all occasions?

Borrelli (box weave)
