So, I'm going to turn 18 next month, and all my life I have been really skinny, I weight about 150 lbs (6'1") so too much fat is not my problem, however, I am starting to notice some fat in my belly and it seems some man boobs are starting to try to come up
I don't want to be a fatty, so I want to stop!!
my plan is to do 30 minutes of jogging everyday, and lift weights, push ups, sit ups, crunches, etc every other day (doing the jogging right after that)
I eat pretty healthy as it is, last time i ate any fast food was 5 months ago, so im not too worried about having to change my diet
I want to get a 6 pack, i've never had one because im not very athletic, im just skinny
I cant jog for more than 5 minutes in a single burst, I guess I have to work on my stamina
What should i do? is my work out plan good or should i make any changes?
