Check your international aisle or a Mexican supermarket. They're usually canned and most often packed in adobo sauce, but sometimes you can find them by themselves.

Went to wholefoods... they had these dry aged ribeyes, and honestly it reminded me why im not such a fan.

The fat was just overwhelming, it nearly made me sick, and it wasn't even one of those big 16oz fuckers.

My local Costco has USDA choice ribeyes for about $6.99/lb.

I buy a package of about 4 pieces at roughly 1 lb each.

Grill over charcoal.

Repeat once a week.

I'm sorry but that sounds like ghastly meat.

I despise ribeye but I buy steak at Costco all the time. Its actually really good meat and much cheaper then the supermarket and way way better.

I had a NY strip tonight.

what temp? I think we've had this discussion before, but I find ribeye needs to be more of a medium to start melting the fattiness.
