I actually agree with this to an extent. There are some people who are truly poor and can't afford health care, but medicaid covers that. Then there are those who prioritize other things over health care, then complain over the fact that they can't afford insurance. I rotate at a large state owned inner city hospital, and I see alot of the latter.
