im really looking forward to this movie, perhaps the most anticipated for me of the last few years.
when i saw the trailer awhile ago i was imagining hopefully they make this into a really dark movie and not some hollywoodized lowest common denominator type attraction that will fail (for me).

seems like they are going in a very honest direction with this film. i always thought the childhood book was sort of 'dark' in its own way.
just seeing the trailer and imagining the potential it can bring, gives me chills down my spine. i cant wait till i see it.
