biff you should see if you can get in the next size down. they do stretch out ... my 0705BiG's currently measure ~ 34.5," which is about a 1/2 larger than their raw size. in total they have stretched just over one inch. my natural waist is between 34 and 35 so i doubt i would get any more stretching out of these but i bet they could give just a tad more if needed.

just an fyi in case you wanna try to go a size down.

You're pretty safe ordering from the English version of Rakuten. I've done it probably 25 times or so, and I've always received what I ordered. Ya... I hear you... But I'm actually looking for more of a looser fit... Something that I can wear with my redwings and not get that bunching on the bottom b/c the opening's too small to go any further down on the boot, you know?

whatever123, think u can throw up a few pics of ur jeenz? i really shouldn't be looking at jeans but i'm gonna be in NY next month, and trying to decide if i wanna go visit BiG or not.

even tho i have my 3 pairs for rotation this year lol.

i posted several pics a page or two back. you want 5 day wear pics? okay! yes, i know i said i was going to wait until i got some real wear before i take more pics but i cant help myself ... people, stop what your doing and buy a pair of momotaro's or even two. these things are AWESOME! 5-days of wear these are the coolest rivets i have ever seen.

was going to wait until big did a restock of their collab, but came across a guy on sufu selling his size 30s one-wash of the big0705s so i bought them, should be here later this week

i get all of my jeans from blue in green. it only takes a day or two coming from big. sorry, i dont know how long it takes coming from japan ... eternaldrake: thats awesome, good find.

Unfortunately, I don't currently own a pair right now. I've had all 3 of the most popular cuts here before (201, 701, 705), but I was in a worse position financially back then and did have to sell them off to make ends meet.

I am thinking of getting those Context 701s now, though. I really like the black weft and hickory striped pocket bags on those, plus of the 3 cuts I tried before, the 701 probably fit me the best.
