If you are a guy with skinny thighs and butt, you might be able to get away with the 32s (thought I'd put them on before they completely dry from the presoak, in case you need a little stretch around the waist).  On the other hand, if you have fuller thighs and butt, get the 33s.

The unsanforized models (Vintage Label) do not shrink that much. One inch is accurate (Waist... Inseams shrinks two inches, give or take). Only the shrinkage is hard to counter, because of the denim being so tightly woven that it is hard to stretch.

This statement is based upon my own experience, by the way.

BIG, it will shrink 2 inches and strecth 1
Here we say its difficult to strecth, so who is right?

If Im good with a 33 to 33.5 waist after strecth, should I go 32 or 33?  32 is 33 waist, 33 is 34

The fabric does not shrink that much, but also does not stretch that much. You are a 33 and if you find it too tight, wear dry a few days prior to soaking. You can do a 32 if you do not soak.

Momotaro needs to adopt the tapered fit for their vintage and copper labels.

Couple of spots on these that I'd like to spot clean.  Best way to do it?  A little soap and water?

I usually just use some water and a paper towel. Then I let it dry and remove any paper fibers with a garment brush/clean shoe brush.

New pair of size 32 0702s for the contest!

Was contemplating selling and buying a size 33, because these are actually post-cold soak, which shrunk them just a bit more than what I thought they would. Pre-soak they looked perfect to me, but after the cold soak, they shrank just a bit too much for my liking. Plus I'm going to start going to the gym again, so my legs will probably grow..Don't know what I'm going to do.

By the way, if anyone is interested in purchasing these, I would be willing to talk; they have only been worn for a couple days, and have been hemmed 1.5 inch.

You're gonna make a white spot using soap and water!

Yea, I too need to learn what to do when this happens....Usually I do a small warm water wipe to minimize the stain, but last time I used soap and water to spot clean a stain it did make the stain a lighter color.
