biggrin.gif you should merge the peach arcs and the gtb stripes together and have thick peach arcs so then it has double meaning and still looks nice for the bomo6.

Lol its gonna look obnoxious but probably wont give off evisu/true religion douchebaggery

Would rather have that than just the gtb stripes.....I'm obviously in favour of the peach arcs

Peach archs on Left Pocket, GTB stripes on right?

Ordered from Jay at Blue Owl. I ended up going TTS and ordering them in 32. Not too worried about the waist, but I do have pretty athletic thighs, so I am bit concerned they are going to be tight on the thighs. But these are quality jeans, and though I also own raws in APC and 3-Sixteen, I intend on wearing these things into the ground. So though they will likely be tight for the first 20 wears or so, I am sure they will open up shortly thereafter.

Anyone else have sizing thoughts/reccomendations on the 0705SP's?

Had a pair and loved them. Waist was still good, but eventually moved them on for the thighs. Sized up on the 702 now for the contest and am loving life.

Give them a try first day, then make your call.

Kinda rolled the dice and had Jay chain stitch them for me. Yeah they'll be tight for the first few wears, but I hope they open up somewhat....

Well, thighs are hard to stretch, but not impossible. And due to the nature of the Zim cotton, wearing them shouldn't be unpleasant. The fabric is very pliable after wash (which the GTB's allready are).

I have a one wash pair of Momo's too. Copper Labels (G007-MB, should be wearing them more often... Though I have other priorities)

I hear you. I don't expect the thighs to stretch too much, but maybe a touch. The measurments on them seem to be pretty close to my 3-sixteen SL-100x's in size 31 (wearing now). These have stretched nicely in the few weeks I have had them, so I am anticipating a pretty similar fit. When I first got these I couldn't even get the top button on.

Well, if the thighs fit and you can move around freely (that means, not blocking the blood through your veins) you should be allright. Waist should not be a problem, due to the construction of the jeans. Any jean for that matter.

If the thighs are going to be a problem though, you could opt to soak the jeans and wear them afterwards till they have dried. Cotton is easy to manipulate when wet.

I'll bet you love the 0705SP's. Washed Zim cotton is so comfortable.

FWIW, the thighs on my 0705SP (~ 1.5 years in) in size 34 measure 12.25", compared with 11.75 when new per Blue Owl.

I would love something with peach arcs and 701 denim

Is it weird I am thinking of having a tailor taper the ER007-2Bs? I don't really think the straight leg works on me. My calves are too skinny. I also, might have to lose the pink thread.

Just sell them man, sounds to me you just don't dig the whole momo aesthetic.

Yeah I'd just sell them on.
No need to alter them and make them worthless.
There are loads of jeans that are more tapered.
Agreed. Denim often isn't "worth" altering. Because of the wide variety of cuts available out there, just move it on and recoup cash rather than sinking further.
