Also known as "Let the Right One in" or "let me in" its a Swedish 2004 film. Pretty crappy premise: preteen vampire, bullied boy, meet, connect etc......
It looks like a horror movie, but in reality its a coming of age story, dealing with drugs, bullying, love and much more..... which happens to star a pre-pubescent vampire. I have got to say this is one of the best movies I've watched in years. All the technical aspects are simply amazing, the cinematography, the long shots of select scenes.... The plot is amazing, the acting (chiefly done by the 2 best child actors I've ever seen) is killer. I can't do this movie justice, but simply look up the title, and I'm sure you'll find someone who can.
I just had never heard of it before, and I though I should spread the word to some people whom may enjoy it.
