think whodini and i previously entertained this question, it's possible it's just reaaaaaaaaaalllly old stock, and most likely made in china.

I think they should be booted off ebay:

I don't see this on ebay - where are you getting this?

There's a plugin you can install for firefox to just look at one's negative reviews.

I bought a pair of KMW jeans from blowoutclothing from ebay on a whim. I figured the downside on a pair of KMWs for less than 50 bucks was pretty small.

So, for me, the takeaway was that for the cost of a pair of regular levi's, these are a far better deal, if you are okay with the 2010 and dark denim.

I got a pair of 1980s they are alright, but the fit is off. Price can't be beat though. Construction is definitely not on par with the current ones, but you should expect it when you're paying 1/5 of the retail price.

Just wanted to chime in to say there's a user (name: andy4magic213) selling similar stock. The problem is that I bought two jeans and both were mis-listed. One was listed as 34/33 and measures 34/30. The other one was listed at 34/30 and measures at 32/29. While these may be authentic stock, buyer beware!

Anyone have an experience with andy4magic213 ?

He responded pretty quickly when I asked if his merchandise was a 1950 or 1980 pair (raw 1980), since his photos didn't show the rest of the tags. I've also bid a comparative best offer of an accepted sale ($26, $27) and both were rejected. Seems like he wants closer to the $52 asking price and isn't willing to accept the high $20s any longer. I believe his stock is similar to blowoutclothing.com who I did purchase 2010 KMWs from and they are the older China manufacture, of Japanese selvage. I was happy with them and his sizing was dead on. Good luck.

I bought a pair of 1980 KMW's from andy4magic213. Using best offer, I got him down to $46 (plus $6 shipping). They were shipped promptly and arrived in a USPS flat-rate envelope. The jeans are made in china (based on the tag inside the jeans). Also the jeans had the tags on them with the original retail sticker price of $225. They look perfectly new and luckily they were short length, which is just a tad too long, but at least I don't need to get them altered.

My $.02. You probably won't be happy with the stock andy4magic is selling - I wasn't thrilled and sent them back - unless you don't mind enormous pants and unflattering cuts. Maybe get a pair if you don't mind shelling out $50 to get them altered... but then you're back to a price where you'd be better off just waiting for a sale from a known retailer and getting a pair you're happy with.
