Hey folks, was wondering if anyone had an idea on what sorta haircut and grooming methods I would need to employ to get the following hairstyle?

Looks like a lot of layering going on. Also blow-dry before using product on your hair.

Taking a few pictures of the desired haircut to your barber/hair stylist usually works.

First, make sure you have absolutely no taste. Then Google "how to have some douchebag celebrity's haircut" and read one of those thousand guides that pop up.
