They have so much knowledge I can gain from and they all LOVE the job. Job satisfaction is a big part of deciding on a job.
I guess its subjective (and I tend to be a bit of a malcontent). I look at people who have been with the same compnay for 30 years and think about the road not taken? When your still just a middle manager, etc... all you know is that company. Its like having the same teacher all though MS, HS, College. you have to challenge yourself to grow.

I have always treated them as real opportunities. For example, I had been working at my first job out of school for about 2 years, and was realizing that the amount of money I could make by branching out would be staggering. plus some personal issues, I took an interview with a company that I was 50/50 about. When they called back to discuss hiring me, I called my dad and he asked me what my magic # was. when I told him the # that I would accept no questions asked, he laughed at how high it was. 2 weeks later I called to tell him I was going to need his help packing. So you never know what might present itself.

Money would be a main consideration on my part. I make decent money considering what I do, but I also feel I could (and should) be doing more.
Money is a consideration, but you have to address it properly. Just saying I want more money isnt a wise choice. Its more of a question of saying well based on my research, it seems as if my company underpays for someone of my qualifications, and doesnt seem intested in discussing it. I think that sets the tone that your not just looking to get more money, and it sets up a discussion for what your looking for. I also dont think you can just say money as your only reason. It has be more general than that. Lack of opportunity, want to expand your experiances, etc....
Also, dont forget, HR people are not stupid, they can generally tell when someone isnt that interested. I had a phone interview the other day for a job I didnt really want, and I think it came though pretty blantantly when they started asking about relocating me. Even thought I kept saying I would, I think she could tell that it was a deal breaker for me, which is would have been.
