Been running a lot, I hear popping and cracks, they sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies.

Advice on getting them well or, weller? I like to run and/or power walk, like a grandma, but sexy and Jewy and younger.

Please help...

Stop running and start swimming or use an elliptical. You need to stop slamming your legs into solid objects over and over.

Bicycling is better as well.

Balance the aerobic eercise you do, which is pretty much the same lines as the previous advice.
