it is a tough choice, especially singe cg prices have gone up up up the last several winters. ive been wanting to get a knew one since my chilliwack is getting pretty old. new prices are just hard to justify when i know what i paid back in the day

My chest is 39", waist is 29". It fits similar to the Calgary in small, I'd say. It fits me well, albeit just a little snug in the chest. Still some breathing room though.
And yeah, I just reserved the small. Going in on Saturday to make a decision.

when i was working at sporting life in winter 07 they were selling at 480 with a small selection, next winter was 480 again with a massive selection that sold out before we ever hit negative degrees, didnt pay attention to them for a while then my gf got a trillium a couple weeks ago and noticed chilliwacks were 560 or something. the freestyle vest also went up a noticeable amount. alberta vest is just way too much in my opinion

Thing is: there's a lot of people in Toronto that have hook-ups on Canada Goose jackets, so it's possible to get the regular models BNWT for like 30-40% off retail or so. PM me if you might be interested in buying one locally.
Anyway, the Uncle Otis is an exclusive jacket limited to 150 or something, so there's no way that's ever going on discount, even if you knew an employee there. It's so nice though, think I might just have to pull the trigger on this one at full retail...

Canada Goose jackets especially discontinued models, can turn up on eBay and GearTrade and you can pick them up for a song. Don't pay full retail for CG!
