got two over ripe bananas, what should I do with them? I'm thinking about bread but do I have enough?

blend them or smash them and mix with 3 eggs, 1/2 cup half&half, nutmeg and cinnamon. let it sit overnight and dip some crusty bread in it. cook in a pan with some butter. top it with sugar/cinnamon/mel;etd butter mixture.

voila, banana french toast.

You don't have enough bananas to make much, but it makes me question your Southern cred when I see you in possession of over-ripe bananas and I don't hear any mention of 'nana pudding.

If they're larger bananas you have enough for banana bread, if they're smaller, you can still do it, but the bread will be more dry than usual, and obviously have less banana flavor. This is the recipe I use for banana bread.
