I think I could benefit from a beat up pair of Red Wing Pecos Boots... or it could turn out to be a complete disaster and waste of time.

1. So I'm at AleFest today, and there's a dude wearing a DRKSHDW t-shirt, a pretty sweet cardigan (looked sort of DBSS-ish, if that makes sense), etc. Definitely hitting gothninja notes. In Columbus, OH, where, let's be clear, this is not the kind of thing you see. There isn't even anywhere to buy that stuff here. Other than the internet, obviously.

2. I wandered around the nearby outdoor mall-esque thing for a while afterwards, to let the ale fumes clear. There's a Nordstrom there, and what I will say is: what a worthless store. A couple of shoes that were OK, but other than that, a total waste. I suppose if I really, really like Hugo Boss, it'd be great. As it is, not so much.

I wore one of my shirts rolled up today and the weave of the fabric -- not the seams -- tore on both arms where my elbows were. Guess I shouldn't have rolled them up.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth, damn.

Being on a site for free means you can't give appropriate suggestions?

This story would be better if you wore BoO shirts.

I was looking for a decent backpack the other day in the city, not one store I could find sold a reputable designer iteration or even a relevant high street kind, the best I found was jack spade - which I already own a messenger from, sigh.

... and then all the buttons flew off, blinding several civilians within my vicinity

^^^ BoO is a fantastic fit and all, and I love the ones I have for basic button ups, but seriously they have some of, if not the worst attached buttons I've ever seen in my life. I had 2 buttons fall off one of my BoO shirts the same day.

This pretty much describes my Nordstrom, which has three categories of clothes: Hurley/Volcom skater trash, SFAM/Burberry douchery, and Facconable/house brand geriatric wear.

I use one from Y-3 that's pretty practical. I looked at the designer brands as well, but they were all too small.
