had similar experience when I opened an account a couple of weeks ago. One guy said he saw the listing on ebay and went and found my grailed listing and bought it through there.

Ah yes. I had almost forgotten the part of the myth where Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Grandmother temporarily occupy the same body in accordance with the will of the Lord God.

"I don't know if you can see it, but when I get asked the question, you can see that I'm trying to figure out what they want me to answer with. I knew that the Super Bowl was a week from that day, but I wanted to get on TV so I said something else!"

Not sure about more traffic, but It's possible. Not more than SF in it's entirety, but perhaps more than the marketplace section. I think it's just the fact that lots of people from different forums go there for buying and selling. So lots of people who never go to SF's marketplace view it on grailed instead if it's put up there, a lot of the stuff I see put up for sale on sufu are also posted on grailed so i'm assuming lots of people from there go there for buying stuff too. That goes for most other forums as well I believe.

does grailed still pay the paypal fees or was i dreaming that up?

I haven't bought or (successfully) sold anything on there yet, but yes, it does say they do on the top of the site. Not sure how it works.
Yeah they do. I just sold something for $450 and a I got was a charge for $0.01 so they can track purchases and so it has buyer protection, but that's it.

well....that's pretty much a game changer, isn't it?

see, forget the h8ters. brutal can be beautiful.

I've always thought about starting a tumblr on DC's brutalism-- but instead of just the buildings, I'd show the district's bedraggled workers dwarfed beneath those concrete slabs, trying to make it through their days as the weight of the political machine slowly crushes them into the sidewalk. who wouldn't want a dose of gloom in their feed, idk idk
