Even stranger when you realize it means "Christian the Child King" or "the Royal Child Christian"

Despite liking the fit of the jeans, I can't really mess with 3sixteen due to the religious connotations.

Poeme Bohemian is pretty awful.

Lumen et Umbra: light and dark in latin? Pretentious as hell. But I still like the name.

Really it seems the only foolproof path is to have a really awesome/mellifluous name and just call your lable that. Rick Owens, Carol Christian Poell, Stephan Schneider, Peir Wu, etc.

New word for me!

Thanks

The summer time is for the least amount of clothing possible. At that point, fashion becomes rather superfluous.

Lad Musician, Foot the Coacher and Cheap Monday are the worst. Want Les Essentials goes without saying. There used to be a brand called Shades of Greige or something. Then I saw a brand called Shades of Grey. Maybe they wised up because the former was just absurd. Or maybe it's two different brands, dunno.

I always liked Our Legacy. Undercover is an awesome name, but still runs into the searchability issue. Grey is the worst though. Try and find a Grey sweater on google.

I actually like BoO, W+H, and OC.

My favorite is probably nonnative, though. So many connotations to it and fits the brand perfectly. Our Legacy is solid, Undercover is great too. Of course, Engineered Garments is an excellent name.

+1, these names are above reproach, or at least at the level where you are trying too hard if you're calling them awful.

I like Lumen et Umbra too.

This one's the worst I can think of; it doesn't sound like it belongs in any English sentence.

Shades of Greige and Christian L'Enfant Roi and Want Les Essentials blah blah are pretty crummy too.
