Those years making sundaes in high school really changed you, Kyle.

I have been making popsicles at home. I eat them alone in my room, lights off, my only company being the flicker of the screen as I browse Styleforum and judge any imbeciles for even thinking of not putting nuts on a sundae. Are you serious? That's like going to an ice cream place and getting your scoops of pistachio + pralines&creme on a godamned paper cup instead of a waffle cone.

This one is strawberry and honey. Nothing else. That's a fucking stick of 2 lbs pureed strawberries with a dabble of the greatest sweetener made by our lovely hymenoptera friends. Just the right amount of sweetness combined with the refreshing taste of strawberries, perfect for the summer. Sometimes I slowly let this drip all over my hands and pretend I am Carol Christian Poell.

I made a batch of this one a few weeks ago. Peaches and cream. Peaches are grass fed and free range, cage free and fair trade, locally sourced from Georgian peach farmers whose families have run the peach ring for a few millenia. Do not fuck with those guys. The swirling of the cream and the peach puree is a technique that requires time and art, hand done by yours truly.

My most recent creation: roasted black plum with hand brewed, slow-poured Pu-erh tea. Read that flavor again and tell me you did not just cream yourself. The tea is obviously Visvim brand. The plums are obviously from Dries Van Noten's personal orchard behind his shop in Tokyo.

No, these are all the right choices.  I should have worded it better but I mean to say it's unacceptable to let ketchup near your eggs - scrambled, omelette, on a bacon egg and cheese sandwich - I don't care.  The only acceptable condiment for eggs in these contexts is hot sauce ( Tabasco is ideal but I don't care what kind you have an allegiance to, if any allegiance at all)

I mean it's best used as a seasoning that adds flavor to a dish or dressing but is not adequate to act alone as a dressing per se.
