1) The kid in the magazine on the yjp thing nn posted kinda looks like mikey.

2) The answer to the number of threads is all of them.

3) I have a cool pataloha hawaiian shirt that's a medium but I have no idea how to wear it...

When reading the WAYWT thread, I've found myself doing the following:

- Come across a post from a member that I've blocked
- Decide whether or not I want to check out the post, even though it's from a member on my block list.
- If I decide to chekc it out, I'll hold my hand over the portion of the screen where the post would be displayed, but to where I can still see the portion of the screen telling me who made the post
- Unhide the post to reveal who the blocked poster is
- If Hirsch immediately re-hide post. If not Hirsch further evaluate whether or not to read the post.

If you scroll through "forums I've posted in" you can still see the blocker post, which leads to some wtf moments.

Scientists invent a darker shade of black

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/science/blackest-is-the-new-black-scientists-have-developed-a-material-so-dark-that-you-cant-see-it-9602504.html

A British company has produced a “strange, alien” material so black that it absorbs all but 0.035 per cent of visual light, setting a new world record. To stare at the “super black” coating made of carbon nanotubes – each 10,000 times thinner than a human hair – is an odd experience. It is so dark that the human eye cannot understand what it is seeing. Shapes and contours are lost, leaving nothing but an apparent abyss.

If it was used to make one of Chanel’s little black dresses, the wearer’s head and limbs might appear to float incorporeally around a dress-shaped hole.

Actual applications are more serious, enabling astronomical cameras, telescopes and infrared scanning systems to function more effectively. Then there are the military uses that the material’s maker, Surrey NanoSystems, is not allowed to discuss.

Just did a similar thing coming from my tailor. Stopped into a sewing workshop kind of place where they have classes/machines/supplies. I wonder how many pants I'll destroy trying to save money.

The big question is now, will it stay black or will it fade like everything else black and become the darkest grey.

I really liked the Junya stuff from this year too. The patchwork is so cool.

Go to a thrift store, buy some cheap pants that don't fit right, practice on a few of those.
