I remember the first half of this year when mr porter launched they had fantastic response times times to email queries and service, nowadays ie past few months whenever I send an email about an order or question I have it either takes several days for them to respond or they don't respond ever.

My tailor is Turkish. Need tailor cage match. Two tailors enter, one tailor leaves. (Though my tailor is a pretty nice guy on the smaller side, so rabid Armenian seems to have the upper hand.)
