Visited a menswear store and SA wearing flannel shirts and selvedge jeans casually pointed out "Nice Guidi's." It was.. weird.

Heading to the Southern Hemisphere, tomorrow is flight number 99 and 100 in the past 3 1/2 years... which would be cool, if I wasn't absolutely terrified of flying. Thought I'd get used to it by now

Picked up some nice cotton linen pants and a couple linen button-ups for the warm weather, at least that makes me happy

I've been looking for another decent blanket too.  I ended up getting the SNS herning one in army green for $120 + shipping and I love it.  I wish you could order certain designers' fabrics in big sheets although I'm sure that would cost about $5k for the stuff I'd really want.

The leathers might suck for other reasons, but I wish people didn't think that thickness always equals quality.  A lot of those leathers are purposefully thin, they're supposed to be ultra lightweight jackets that feel like a second skin.

Good point. I've actually been impressed with the materials i've handled on Rick's recent stuff, though I don't think anyone's claimed all his fabrics/leathers are bad

actually

Yea, I know what you mean, I was just referencing what other people have mentioned before...paper thinness...

It just didn't feel nice, flimsy, almost like it was synthetic leather that was distressed.  Anyways, they also had this white/cream rick leather that was really nice in comparison.  SLP rider was also pretty nice in person.
