They are nice when you need to touch something up that was pressed some time ago.

Also good for fabrics that don't play as well with irons, like worsted wools and silks. I gently steam ties sometimes since irons can leave them flat and lifeless.

I cold wash and hang dry all my shirts, then steam press. Works like a charm. Though I need a new pad/hand press board as the steam is starting to pass through the foam. Anyone know where to get a sturdy replacement?

Looks like Yoox just put everything final sale for sale stuff

And I buy the cheapest tin at costco and put it in my $10 coffee maker. Tastes great and wakes me up

How do you avoid the shoulders drying on the hangers and getting ugly dimples? Or do you make sure that the hanger fits the shirt perfectly, that was probably my issue

The latter, I even use basic plastic hangers. Nothing fancy. I steam press then move the shirt back to my wooden hangers after.

You have broader shoulders than me, Mark. So, just get wider hangers to accommodate for your larger shirts

Didn't even know steam presses were a thing until now. Pretty pricey stuff.

Whoah, easy, boss.... First of all, you can be a snob and enjoy different types of drinks -- some of which are even made with syrup.

What you fail to understand is that frappuccinos are my evening drink, my second wind, the relaxer. What is the first? Twenty-two oh-zees of piping-hot Gaggia, foamed and sprayed with ten oz of steamed milk, cut with agave, and stirred to a lather by a stick of ceylon I will later hang from my lips and chew like a cigar.

Eight hours later, I'm going to want to put my feet up and relax with something different and tasty and this is where the novelty comes in -- riding that full wave of mint mocha addiction. No one's telling me what to drink. I'm asking you, Mr. Snob -- what are the best syrups for my evening enjoyment?

Spare parts are cheap and very easy to replace.

I used to work for a company that sold spares direct to consumers, most boring product ever.
