"moo is trolling" is the white flag of SF discussions lol8[1].gif

Anyway... I am glad we had this discussion. It's interesting to see other people's points of view. Whether we all agree or not is irrelevant - always a good thing to discuss good topics. Thank you to everyone who participated.

Shirt I wanted, but was out of stock at local independent store: $290.

Same shirt, but from large department store in NYC with free shipping and returns: $200

Sometimes it's a weird world.

Brad that was probably the stupidest comment i read from you in recent types. IDK how you can be so naive. Also, every history book and i literally mean 99% of them cover the 2nd world war so yes any history book may suffice. You may find few that have less info and a few that have more but writing the above is nitpicking at something irrelevant.

To relate this to fashion, remember the SLP head designer that got fired due to his anti-Semitic comments? Yes this is a bit different but the sentiment is the same and it should not be "ok".

edit: YSL = SLP = "saint laurent paris"

@momentoftruth - absolutely 100% steamers are worth it. take 30 seconds to fire up and it's way gentler on your clothes. I use mine every morning, almost. especially on t-shirts just pulled out (fold marks etc), or getting the small knee bulge out of jeand, to clean knits since who washes baller knitwear? etc.

What model you use?

Anyone you recommend?

I just hold up my clothing to my computer screen and let the hot air of this thread do the work.

That 'post card' does have strong ww2 vive though. Which would kinda translate to a Nazi one.

Also I think you are refereeing to Dior's creative director.

I think mine is by Braun? I don't think it matters as long as it vapourizes water...

probably good to get one that comes with a travel steamer

This is a good "cheap" option. IIRC Epaulet used to use these in store for quite a while, but I think they use something else now?
