Do you have tracking number for the return label proving they received it? Talk to your CC company.

Well I assumed the tracking was stored in their database since they provide you with a return slip in the box, so that when it was sent out theyd be notified...However, the woman told me she "didn't have access to that info" and refused to say any further, so I basically have nothing to go on when I call/visit the PO

Alright I'll call my card company now (does it matter I used a debit?), but how will Uniqlo/Visa know exactly what I returned and kept? I can add up what I returned from the order history, but how 2 verify?

Ugh this is a nightmare, I really need to pay my tailor too

What about the shipping receipt you requested when dropping off the package? (I know the answer to this... but get into the habit in the future to protect yourself)

tell them what happened. take it from there. make a stink if you have to. this is a case where AMEX would probably come though in the clutch.

Anybody know where to pick up an Ebbets Field Flannels cap that doesn't have a logo? I really liked the W+H collaboration, but it seems like it sold out everywhere before it hit markdowns.

^ I removed the logo on mine with a seam ripper. Took a while but turned out well.

will DHL ruin my credit if I tell them to piss off on the customs bill they sent me? If not I don't really care if I can never use DHL again...

Try calling and requesting someone with the ability to check their db to see if they can track your shipment. Another reason why I always write or take a picture of the tracking number just in case stuff like this happens.

I also like to hand deliver the package to my local PO if the package costs over an X amount, just to be safe.
