If you ever sell any of your OG Jil wackery, give me first crack at it. nod[1].gif That way it will end up in the company of worthy knits, befitting its origins.

This would be Stitches best entry into SW&D, methinks

i has a long road ahead, and i am trying to be very selective about what i buy so i dont do what i did with MC stuff when i found SF. namely, buy all kinds of things without considering how versatile and usable they would be, outside of just being cool items to look at.

especially considering that SWD will not be my daily wear, and i would therefor have less gear, i would want it all to make sense, look good, and be very a versatile collection of items.

SS is nice both for MC and SWD fits...wore my SS double alpaca to work today as it broke into the 30s here. felt like I was wrapped in a down comforter coming into work this morning

Oh hey, B&S talk. There may be some benefit to having mall brand clothing in it's own sub-forum since (especially used at that) for the most part, none of us are really interested in those, but in all honesty there aren't too many of those in the mix that often. I just scrolled through the last few pages and see listing for Silent sneakers, Geller gear, Schneider Bee Wine Cardigan, Margiela gear, Siki Im, and other that are currently on the higher spectrum of SF approved brands, yet crickets can be heard.

It's a mixture of many things that have been thrown out there (perceived value of used goods b/w seller and potential buyer, new members scouring B&S for "hot" brands yet expecting and offering Filene's Basement/TJ Maxx/Plato's Closet pricing, sale and holiday season funds being allotted to new gear from retailers, etc.).

I feel my listing prices and my counter offers are always fair and I try to be realistic about what I ask compared to what I paid for something and try to put fair on used goods, which I know is gray area. Feel free to scroll through my listings as an example and criticize if you feel otherwise. I can handle it. I would be curious what you guys think. Maybe I'm way off-base.

I have never had as much difficulty selling CP sneakers (rare RG collabs at that), Schneider knits/clothes, Ervell, etc. than I have over the past year or so in B&S.

What size is your alpaca? I recall you mentioning that you were looking for the beeswax in VII. I had just assumed that SS didn't actually make any outterwear in VII.

got the 6, and while it works, could prob use a little extra length in the arms and body (ie, should prob be a 7). looking for wine bee in size 7 atm

VII is really hard to find in most SS pieces. I don't actually own any yet, I just constantly contemplate the idea of what I might look like in it. I see that American Rag has the "Anniversary Coat" in VII. I'm currently working on having something custom made, but if it falls through I may try that instead.
