I can't believe Warby Parker, everybody has great experiences but my has been terrible. Already posted about the hassle to actually get my glasses. After a few months of very light use I had a big scratch down the lens which is weird since I wear contacts everyday and had my previous pair of glasses for 5 years with no issues. Send them back after requesting a correct return shipping address since I had moved. Took the CS rep multiple times to get it right (she would just copy paste 1/3 to 1/2 of stuff but not the whole address). Fastforward to today, glasses apparently delivered but I don't get it. UPS guy says only got this one today and checks truck for me. Nothing. Talk to UPS CS, Warby Parker shipped to old address
Ranting but it's just ridiculous the amount of time I've had to spend. Sure glasses were cheaper but with time invested I'm losing money
I had a hell of a time w/ Warby to get my new glasses, but my phone interactions (four returns worth of phone calls, a mix of my fault and theirs) delivered satisfaction every time. upgraded shipping, discounts, friendly interactions, etc.
