Glad you're putting thought and planning into this, though, Moo. Couple years ago I took a week-long vacation to Seattle and mostly spent it just kind of walking around the city exploring. One of the days I wore my RMWs and mercy did I pay the price for that vainglorious mistake.

you're kidding yourself if you're telling me leather sneakers with a gum sole are as comfortable as it gets. for comfort? some kinda running shoes all day, e'erday

If we're talking real comfort, better break out that Ugg steez.

I wore my cdg chucks when I was in Europe last and I had no issues walking all around Rome or hiking up the Amalfi coast. I think if you already have sneakers you're comfortable wearing, to just bring those, rather than having to break in new shoes.

When I have a lot of distance to travel I always invest in a palanquin.

You guys do realise its fall right, which means rain, rain and more rain here in Europe

So fabric sneakers are going to look like shit with in 5 minutes and he is going to get wet shoes/feet.

I would definitely choose something more substantial than fk's, but what do I know I just live here.

Can we PLEASE let the mad men/ boardwalk empire trends die already, I'm so fucking tired of seeing 20 something's trying to look like someone from the 20's with moustaches and suspenders.

This also includes speakeasy style bars and barber shops full of people looking like before mentioned.
