I just get spicy chicken at popeyes and douse it in hot sauce. Order of fries, dip that in hot sauce too. I eat my biscuit last with honey. If I'm extraordinarily hungry, I'll get some mashed potatoes.
I've never had popeyes, but often I'll sit in front of the window and watch the regulars chew on their tender chicken tenders. When they take fewer chews to chew their tender tenders than they did on previous outings, I let them know when they walk out the door. I say, "excuse me, mister. i don't want any money, i'm just here to let you know you took twenty chews to turn that drumstick into a sumptuous paste that you then sent down your esophagus so your stomach could enjoy it as much as your tongue did. Last time you took thirty. You are on a roll"
I'm going by word of mouth. My barber grew up in the city, and he and the other barber at the shop have a lot of pieces, so I just asked him. He said to look at their portfolios and see whose previous work is most like what you want done (line thickness, work with color if you are using it, similar themes if it's a piece you are getting commissioned and not a pre-existing design). He also recommended a few places where he's gotten work or knows the artists.
I know what I want to get done (this on the inside of my left bicep starting an inch and a half from my armpit down to an inch and a half above my elbow) and I know that just about anyone reputable can print out a picture, stencil it and draw so I wasn't too worried. Still am going with one of the guys he recommended but after I looked at all of their work.
