Looking at other sizes it is wrong. However for my size its pretty accurate. My foot measures about 10.5-6 inch and I use 9-9.5 us and 41.

Yeah the chart works surprisingly well for me based on what I own, but, SURPRISE, everybody has a slightly different body and not all shoes are created equal.

I'm a 42 in DESIGNER shoes, a 10.5 in Nike (only US-sized thing I have to gauge it by) and somewhere between a 27-28 in Japanese sizing.

It's not a women's chart because for them 6=36, 7=37, etc.

USPS lost EMS package. Rakuten seller doesn't understand me when I say it is lost. Supervisor at USPS is a bitch and insists her employee gave it to me, but forgot to scan it and refuses to even have a conversation with me.

I'm hesitant to file a paypal claim and potentially piss off a seller that I frequently buy from, since they seem to think I just need to go pick it up from the post office. Thats silly of me right? Plus it should be insured since its EMS, even though I only paid $12 shipping?

Ideally I'd rather make the insurance claim myself but the phone number they told me to call doesn't give any options about insurance

USPS once lost a package I overnighted somewhere. They had a signature on file and knew the name of the person they delivered it to, but it wasn't the recipient listed on the package, and the person didn't even live at the delivery address. Long story short, I ended up in a three-way call with the local office and the main consumer affairs office that ended with the consumer affairs person telling me she couldn't believe how USPS had screwed up so bad. So there you have it. Even USPS thinks USPS sucks.

Ha, well they attempted delivery of two packages and when I went to pick them up the next day they had one but not the other. Then later tracking showed it went back to the sort facility and that was three weeks ago

Can't really decide if this is worse than the time they sent my package to the wrong zip code and the carrier changed the street address on it. No wait, that was definitely worse but at least I ended up getting the package

Rick Owens told one of our very own that he has nice eyes. We've been collectively blessed SF.

He seemed hesitant to shake a hand even but otherwise friendly enough. Just said hi to him, he noticed an accent (Canadian), and we said laters go shoot some fashion stuff just wanted to say hi. 1. Yes, he's somewhat short and stocky but not really little or anything, 2. the GF was more interested in his GF lol (wasn't with him at the time).

Oh, also, was walking around Paris, hit up Royal Palace area and popped into the Rick Owens store. Small shop so not much to see, but as soon as I walked in, sort of paused because there is a full sized exact wax replica of Rick up on a podium decked out in his clothes looking straight at me. Looked at the 20-30 things on the rack and walked out. I only recognized the statue as Rick because recently on some fashion discussion thread they were talking about guys who actually wear their own designs. Next day I'm walking along the Seine and the GF goes check out what that guy's wearing, and I look across the street and say um I'm 99% sure that's actually Rick Owens I'm going to go say hi. So ran across the street, tapped him on the shoulder and said hi, I was just at your shop yesterday what's up. He says oh hello. pretty tall, and very muscular, lean but well built, sort of in the way basketball players are. I'm wearing red bengal seersucker button down and wide blue linen pants and white purcells. I say to him I love his look but don't know if I can actually pull it off. He says you've got a nice body, give it a shot. I take off my sunglasses and he says you've got really nice eyes. I go, well I work with what i've got I guess. No homo really, though he was quite softspoken and all that. seemed like he was just taking a walk down the street or whatever. Anyway, probably more interesting guy to meet than most celebs from the screen IMO.

That's how high street retail works, steal, steal and steal some more

Try walking into a high street furniture shop and play inspired by.

Speaking on designer sightings, lol, I saw Thom Browne about 2 years ago on a trip to New York. I happened to be wearing one of his shirts but I felt stupid about going up to him and saying hi. He caught me creepin.

Anyone know any good sites to buy interesting buttons? I bought some uniqlo linen shirts and want to put on something better than the plastic ones they come with. Some made of out bone, metal, etc. would be dope. I've looked around a bit but haven't been able to find anything as simple and cool as I'd like.

Don't have any specific page-suggestions, but you could always go to a local tailor and ask him what he's got

google "horn buttons" and you'll find some cool stuff. M&J is a good spot. It's in NYC and has a ton of stuff. http://www.mjtrim.com/bone-horn.html
