I like the pork belly stuff etc. though I grew up with BBQ pork. BBQ pork has to be done right otherwise it just taste like crap.

I like the texture of the meat selection in KBBQ though I admit.

And on the topic of Asian food, Japanese sushi or nothing else. Had some mediocre fusion style Japanese food at En @ El Camino Real...was meh TBH though the staff was 100% Japanese all all girls, which was surprising.

Can any cobbler do this? I didn't know what I was missing until I got my first pair of side-zips, but they are so easy to take on and off. Also, how much was it, if you don't mind me asking.

Ens not really fusion, just not a sashimi/sushi place. Get a bunch of different yakitori and drink lots of sake.

pretty sure most can, there's a very "basic" cobbler downtown who's quite cheap and I know he can do it so

the cobbler near my apartment had some kind of surgery so he's out for a bit, i might walk by to see if he'll be back before I go back to Albuquerque.
